What costs a credit?: An agent call such as find_intent_signals costs 1 credit, and so does a reply draft. get_credit_balance is free. Scheduled scanning does not spend credits — it is part of the plan, limited to one scan a day on Free.
What does “bring your own key” mean?: Two separate things, both supported: you can supply your own LLM provider key for drafting, and on the BYOK plan you supply the search keys the radar uses.
Can I cancel?: Yes, any time from billing settings. Subscriptions are monthly; cancelling keeps access until the end of the current period, and unused credit packs stay valid until their 12-month expiry.
